Do I need to sign a contract?

Relevant Media does not utilize contracts for our advertising services.

How do I know if my ads are working?

We also suggest to any business owner we work with, to make it a habit to ask new customers where they are finding your info. On top of that, you can check the insights of your Facebook business page to verify that your ads are running.

How do I request changes to my ads?

The most efficient way to get changes made to your ads is to send us an email. That way we have written instructions on what you would like to see. Our ad team doesn’t spend much time on the phone, so email works best. In the event that we believe that the requested changes may hinder the performance of the campaign, you will likely be contacted by a team member to discuss campaign strategies.

How do I see how my campaign is performing?

If you are running a Facebook advertising campaign with us, your first step will be to check the ‘Insights’ tab of the Facebook business page we are advertising. If you need further information, your best bet is to use the form below to send a stat request to our ad team. If you are running any other type of campaign, please use the form below to request your statistics.

What if I need to stop services?

In the event that you need to discontinue services with us, please submit a cancellation in writing via our cancellation form HERE.

What if I’m seasonal or need to pause my ads?

We work with a wide variety of businesses and we take pride in being able to meet our clients needs. Due to the “exclusivity” of our campaigns, we are able to pause your account for up to three months. There will be a $15 monthly fee to hold your spot while your campaign is paused.

What is the best way to get questions answered?

Email. We have a larger team that is able to answer questions via email than by phone. You can reply to any of the original emails that have been sent to your from Relevant Media or by using the contact form HERE. Creating a paper trail that we attach to your client file really helps our entire team learn about your business throughout the life of your account.

When does my campaign start?

We typically set campaign start dates out one week from the day you sign up. It usually takes us a week to get a campaign live. You will receive ad proofs via email. Please check your welcome receipt that you received during verification for your campaign start date.

Will this advertising work for me?

Relevant Media takes pride in working with a wide variety of clients and taking advantage of the top advertising platforms available. Facebook is flexible enough to be effective for home-based businesses all the way up to large corporations, so we are confident it will work for you. We are not limited to Facebook ads. We also work with Google Adwords and between the two platforms, there isn’t a business we can’t advertise for.
